Dolmabahçe Palace, A blend of various European architectural styles, was built between 1843 - 1856 by Karabet Balyan, the court architect of Sultan Abdulmecid. The palace has survived intact with its original decorations, furniture and the silk carpets and curtains. (Harem is not included)

Complex Of Valide Sultan Mihrisah
Bezm-i Alem Valide Sultan Mosque, as well known as Dolmabahçe Mosque was commisioned by Bezm-i Alem Valide Sultan mother of Sultan Abdülmecid. After her death the construction was completed with the support of Sultan Abdülmecid and opened for prayer in 1851.
