Hagia Sophia Mosque
Hagia (St.) Sophia, one of the greatest architectural wonders, built as a basilica in the 6th century, in 537 by the Byzantine Emperor Justinian, Hagia Sophia was the largest cathedral in the world for almost a thousand years, it is considered the masterpiece of architecture Byzantine, after being the Patriarchal Basilica of Constantinople, it was converted into a mosque in 1453 by Sultan Mehmet II the Conqueror, and a museum by Atataürk in 1935.
